Approaching Wellingborough

By Road:

From the M1:

Leave at junction 15 and follow the signs for Northampton. Bypass Northampton and follow the directions below for the A45.

From Northampton on the A45:

Visitors from Northampton should join the A45 travelling east and take the second signposted exit to Wellingborough (do not turn left at the big roundabout).

On leaving the A45, Homebase and Tesco stores are to the left. At the London Road roundabout turn left and follow the road for half a mile, to the top of the hill, before turning right at the traffic lights into Irthlingborough Road. The School entrance is 100 metres on the right.

From the A45 (travelling west):

The Wellingborough exit is 6 miles after the beginning of the dual carriageway and immediately after the petrol station.

From the A14 (A1-M1 link):

Follow the exit for A509 to Wellingborough and drive through the town centre. At the London Road traffic lights turn left into Irthlingborough Road. The School entrance is 100 metres on the right.

By Train:

Wellingborough Station is on the London-Sheffield line, 8 minutes from Kettering, 12 minutes from Bedford, 20 minutes from Market Harborough and 45-50 minutes from St. Pancras.

Airports:

Heathrow and Stansted airports are comfortably within one and a half hours by road. Luton and Birmingham airports are less than an hour's drive away.
