CCF half term activities

Two CCF events took place during the October half term.

The first week's event was a Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at work for eight budding students, all of whom passed successfully.

The second week was an enhanced military skills training day, focusing on weapon training skills to a high standard. This was put into practice with a .22 range qualification shoot, with all the cadets gaining their marksmanship badges.

Also over half term, Alex Holden embarked on a one week residential course for his Gold DofE with the Sea Cadets at the Thrapston Boat Station, learning new skills and successfully gaining many water based qualifications.

Well done to all who participated in the events.
