Netball Season Success
Our U14A team have had so much success this season and we could not be prouder of them. They came Runners-up in the County Cup and made it through to Regionals.
They also completed the whole Netball season unbeaten, which is an amazing achievement.
This team has worked incredibly hard on and off the court to improve both tactical and technical skill, but also to develop teamwork and communication skills.
On Wednesday 13th March our U12A and U13A Netball teams went to the County Netball Cup held at Oundle. Throughout the day they each played 6 different schools from around the County. The U13A group came in 3rd place and our U12A group came in 1stplace.
These year groups are so hardworking, always wanting to improve – we are so proud of them and look forward to seeing how the progress next year.
U15A Netball yet again had a fantastic season in which they only lost one game and won all the others convincingly. Like the U14As the U15As came runners-up in the County Cup with a fantastic effort. This year group are so keen to play, improve and consistently work hard. They have some incredible talent, and we look forward to welcoming them into senior Netball next year.
What a season our Seniors had! They developed so well both as individuals and as a team. They came up against some strong opposition, and never failed to show determination and resilience not least at the National Hockey Finals, winning Bronze- an impressive achievement and well deserved.
For some, this will be their last netball season here as their sixth form journey comes to an end. We wish them all the best and hope to see them on the court again soon, well done to all.
